STRAWBERRY MOJITOS...YUM!...
Girls night out, bachelorette party or just a random midweek gathering, strawberry mojito cocktails are always a good choice. Below you can see the step-by-step details to making this grown and sexy drink.
Ingredients:
Bacardi Rum
Fresh mint leaves
Club soda
Strawberries
Sugar

Using 2 separate pitchers, in one of them soak strawberries
in 1 cup of club soda for at least 1 hour
In the other pitcher, add 2 handfuls of mints

If you do not have a mint grinder, you can use
any hard, round object to muddle the mint leaves
(we used a crab mallet)

Add 2 cups of rum to the pitcher with strawberries

Add 1 additional cup of club soda
(more to make your drink weaker)

Add 1/2 cup of sugar
(more if you like yours sweeter)

Mix until sugar dissolves

Add the liquid to the pitcher
with the mint leaves and mix again

Garnish the glasses with remaining strawberries
to add a cute touch :)

We chose to make these cocktails and use martini glasses for aesthetic reasons but you can also use regular glasses if you would like your mojitos over ice...Enjoy!
